THE PROCESS

LET'S CHAT
We’ll discuss your design needs, then you will receive a contract & payment plan. All projects require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining payment made just before final files are delivered.

QUESTIONNAIRE
You will receive the design questionnaire to give us a better understanding of your needs and the direction you would like to take your brand/business.

STRATEGIZE
Once your spot has been booked on our design calendar, we take the time to understand your business – the story, the customer, the experience. All the details!

REFINE
Over the next few weeks, you will see your brand come to life! We begin with the logo designs and then onto the other brand elements as they work together to form your cohesive, purposeful brand.

REVIEW
With your approval, we will then lay out all your marketing collateral to ensure that we are on the same page and everyone is satisfied with the results.

DELIVERY
Finally, we will finish up by delivering to you a brand style guide along with your new designs that will help you maintain a fresh and consistent brand presence moving forward.
